Teacher Upgrading Program (Teacher Training Program) is a scholarship program from Japanese Government (Monbukagakusho) designed specifically for teachers to improve the quality of teaching in accordance with field.
They will be given training in how to teach, making a plan learning (RPP) more effectively and attract students and other things that can improve the quality and skills of teachers.
This program is a non-degree program and the duration is 1 year and 6 months (including 6 months studying Japanese) from October 2016.
Open to all teachers at all levels: kindergarten, elementary / MI, junior, and senior, working experience of at least 5 years.
The Deadline for sending the application file, in January 2016.

PNS teachers qualify if dependents leave in the country. And will get SK Task Learning from the Regent / Mayor, local or decree of the State Secretariat. Still receive a basic salary for civil servants who undergo a learning task in LN.
