On May 22, 2010 at the Hotel Inna Simpang, Surabaya, Directorate General for ASEAN Cooperation, Ministry of Foreign Affairs in collaboration with the Community Blogger Surabaya (Tugu Pahlawan.com) has organized seminars and Dissemination Implementation of the ASEAN Charter and the establishment of the ASEAN Community in 2015.
